Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7 day full refund policy, 7 day time period begins when the customer receives the item. If the item is returned after the 7 day of the original receipt the item is exchangeable for store credit or %25 restocking fee will be deducted toward a refund. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number, RMA number. Please contact us at 1888-30-NOVEL to receive your RMA Number.

The package must be postmarked within the return policy timeline, and the item must be in its original condition, packaging material, and sent without signs of wear or use. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

• To return items please follow these easy steps;

• Please call us at 1888-30-NOVEL to receive your return authorization code .

• Place the jewelry and all of the original materials into a shipping box

• Jewelry by Novel is not responsible for any of your lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We highly recommend insuring your return shipment for the original purchase cost. For security reasons please do not write Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.

• Please email Sales@jewelrybynovel.com with your return authorization number in the subject line and your tracking number in the body of the email.

Important things to Know About your Return;

• to expedite your return, please follow the process accurately.

• Returns that do not follow the process will be refused.

• Returns with no authorization code will be refused

• Returns are processed in 2-5 business days.

• Items showing signs of wear, or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be returned.

• Custom items are non refundable.

• Return shipping and handling rates are non-refundable.

• If a return is sent without the originally provided jewelry box, or the box is damaged a $10.00 replacement fee will be charged.

• Items must be returned with the original Diamond Certificate or a $100.00 replacement fee is charged.

• Items must also be returned with the original Invoice or a $35.00 replacement fee is charged.

• Items must also be returned with the original Diamond Appraisal or a $35.00 replacement fee is charged.

• Jewelry by Novel does not provide return shipping materials nor compensate for shipping costs.

• Jewelry by Novel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged returned shipments.

Life Time Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We offer an unconditional LIFE TIME EXCHANGE POLICY which entitles you to exchange any jewelry purchased online for another merchandise or store credit.

You may only exchange your jewelry for some other jewelry selection or store credit at our Novel Fine Jewelry store.

This is a lifetime policy and can be valid for as long as you own the merchandise. All exchanges have to be accompanied with the original invoice , and be in it's original form.
