Hi Mr Novel, The earrings that I purchased from you are very pretty. The diamonds are clean, sparkly and white. The picture on the web site does not do them justice. I researched a number of different web sites for diamond earrings and found yours to be the best value for the best diamonds with the greatest carat weight. No other site that I found had F VS color/clarity diamonds; their price for a lower quality diamond was more and the carat weight was less. Also, I found your return policy to be reasonable and your exchange policy to be extraordinary. That I can exchange my earrings for another pair of equal value up to a year later is wonderful. You were also quite personable on the phone which is to your credit.
