Just received my 1/2 carat diamond earrings and they are beautiful!!! I was nervous they wouldn't get here in time for Christmas but they arrived this morning because Novel upgraded my shpping for free! The earring are D in color and SI2 and I couldn't be happier!!! i will definitely buy from novel again!

I have never dared order diamonds over the internet until I found Jewelry by Novel. My experience with Jay at Jewelry by Novel, and the quality of jewelry for the price is unbeatable anywhere else. The excellent customer service, products to choose from, their patience with uneducated diamond purchasing customers over the internet like me; their honesty, and their attentiveness surpasses any other retailer that I have done business with face to face. I returned the first pair because I thought they would be a bit larger looking than they were and when I called to upgrade to a larger size, Jay was patient enough to guide me through making the correct purchase based on what I was expressing to him that I wanted and the exchange was made smoothly and quickly. I found their service to be outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from Jewelry by Novel to anyone. I personally plan on doing business with them again in the future. I had a great experience shopping with this company. I ordered the 1carat diamond earrings for aroud 400-500 and they shipped it right away. The stones in my earrings were beautiful/white with only small inclusions. I really love that they have screw back earrings so I can stop losing them. Customer service via E-mail was prompt and courteous. Will shop with them again!

Just got my ring today...OMG very happy with the ring. I bought a .9 carat, D color, VVS and all I can say is that it is too beautiful. I saw a simmilar one at other store which sold for 4 times at much. The shipping was very fast with tracking information. Highly recommend

I just received my half a carat pear shaped diamond ring and it is so beautiful that I cried when I looked at it on my finger. This is truly a dream come true for me. The quality of this ring is awesome and the price was very affordable. I will continue to buy all of my diamonds from Jewelry by Novel. I don't think that I will ever take this ring off.
